Last week you had gone on a holiday with your family. Unfortunately, you had lost your mobile there. As per the mobile company policy, you are entitled to claim for this loss.
Write a letter to the managing director of the company to give to you for your lost mobile.
SAMPLE ANSWER
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to inform you about the unfortunate loss of my mobile phone, which occurred during a recent holiday with my family. I am a loyal customer of your company, and my mobile phone is covered under your company’s policy for lost devices.
On [Date of Loss], I lost my [Model and Make of Mobile Phone] while on holiday in [Location]. Despite my efforts to locate it, I was unable to recover it. I have attached the necessary documents, including my proof of purchase and the relevant identification details of my phone.
As per your policy, I kindly request a replacement for the lost device or compensation for the loss. I would appreciate it if you could process my claim at your earliest convenience.
