Housebreaking – the crime of illegally entering a house in order to steal something.

To grab – to take hold of something or someone suddenly and roughly.

Refrain – to avoid doing or stop yourself from doing something.

To disappear – If people or things disappear, they go somewhere where they cannot be seen or found.
Sentence – Dundee began to disappear behind a white veil while Chick drank his way steadily down the half-bottle.

Painting – a picture made using paint.
Sentence – The National Gallery mounted an exhibition of Danish painting.

Adjourn – to have a pause or rest during a formal meeting or trial.
Sentence – The Mayor was obliged to adjourn the meeting pending discussion by the Corporation.

Instructions – information about how to do, make, or use something.
Sentence – He left strict instructions that the box should only be opened after his death.

Momentous – very important because of effects on future events
Sentence – All were momentous events that will never be forgotten, least of all by the men and women who fought in them.

Priority – something that is very important and must be dealt with before other things.
Sentence – Our first priority is to maintain the customer’s confidence in our product.

Stationary – not moving, or not changing.
Sentence – However, the equation assumes stationary rather than flapping wings, making its use in this case misleading.

Praise – to express admiration or approval of the achievements or characteristics of a person or thing.
Sentence – I praise the nurse can use weak shoulders strong enough to carry a daughter, mother, wife’s burden.

Insufferable – very annoying, unpleasant, or uncomfortable, and therefore extremely difficult to bear.
Sentence – Your dear insufferable, Beatrice is finally doing something useful – fertilizing the vegetables at the Summer Palace.

Previous – happening or existing before something or someone else.
Sentence – His time for the 100 metres surpassed the previous world record by one hundredth of a second.

Exactly – used when you are giving or asking for information that is completely correct.
Sentence – Though John and Andrew look exactly alike, they act quite differently.

Mistrust – to have doubts about the honesty or abilities of someone.
Sentence – Please don’t think I mistrust you, but I would prefer to have our agreement in black and white.

Early – near the beginning of a period of time, or before the usual, expected, or planned time.
Sentence – Let early education be a sort of a musement; you will then be bette able to find out the natural bent.

Untimely – Something bad that is untimely happens unexpectedly early or at a time that is not suitable.
Sentence – After his untimely death, she had passed the figure on to Carla as a memento of a wonderful man.

Antagonize – to make someone dislike you or feel opposed to you.
Sentence – You don’t want to antagonize rich and powerful Emissaries, especially not on their own ship in deep space.

Citation – a word or piece of writing taken from a written work.
Sentence – Finally the extensive index and reference citation helps the reader to find relevant literature.

Naughty – When children are naughty, or their behaviour is naughty, they behave badly or do not do what they are told to do.
Sentence – Our boss treats us all like naughty schoolchildren.

Cheesy – of bad quality or in bad taste.
Sentence – Hawthorn buds are bursting everywhere: vivid leaf bunches with a crunchy, cheesy taste.
