Abandon: to leave and never return.
Sentence: The bank robbers abandoned the car just outside the city.

Able: to have the power, skill, etc., that is required to do something.
Sentence: Will you be able to come to a meeting next week?

Abroad: in or to a foreign country
Sentence: They found it difficult to get used to living abroad

Absence: a time when somebody is away from somewhere; the fact of being away from somewhere
Sentence: I have to make all the decisions in my boss’s absence.

Sentence: The politician was accused of abusing his position in order to enrich himself.

Accept: to receive or take
Sentence: I can accept failure,but I can’t accept not trying.

Access: a way of getting near, at, or to something or someone
Sentence: Access to the garden is through the kitchen.

Accident: cause of damage or injury due to a sudden event that is not planned or intended
Sentence: The accident took place just after noon as the beach was packed with families enjoying the heatwave.

Accompany: to go somewhere with (someone), to be a companion
Sentence: She was accompanied by her younger brother.

Bankrupt: unable to pay debts
Sentence: The company must cut its costs or it will go bankrupt
