The way to check results
The applicant needs to first sign in with his user ID and password into the official portal of IDP. When the website opens, student will click on the view your results option after logging in. The updated score would remain available there for not more than 28 days and a student can view his result digitally within this tenure only. However, the pen paper based test takers might be required to wait for a longer duration to receive their results. These usually get available after 13 days, though for CD-IELTS candidates, the wait is for 3-4 days only.
Not only online, but also students can receive their test results at their correspondence address that is at their place of dwelling with just the ID or passport details. It is noteworthy here that address should be the same which was given at the time of registering for test. After this request, results in the form of TRFs are directly sent to the student’s residence. In abbreviation form, this procedure is known as EORs which means Enquiries on results. Here, also a student gets the benefit of selecting the particular module in which he wants reassessment and can apply for it within 45 days after the main exam date.
You need to pay revaluation fees for getting your scores reassessed. The best part is if your scores increase after revaluation, the student is entitled to get the full refund, though if you will not see any change in your score, no refund will be given.
