Dear Mr. G,
I am writing to inform you of my dissatisfaction with ABN Amro Bank India I possessed n ACM Amro Bank card and number was 6879 6867 46756.
On 28 July 2013, I received a promotional call, offering a ‘Cox & Kings’ tour package for a couple to Europe for $3,000.00. Since the deal was attractive, I agreed and purchased the package. However, I changed my mind later and called the bank right on the following day for cancellation. The officer did confirm that it would be cancelled without any penalty. She provided me with the ticket number 557477.
Things did not turn out the way it was clearly agreed upon. My credit card was debited and did not reflect any reversal of money. Despite several attempts to reconcile this dispute, the bank officers kept on calling and adding finance fees and other surcharges on a compounded interest. This is disgusting. I request you to take a stern action against the bank on this issue..
