Write a letter to the course director at the baking school. In your letter

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to express my appreciation for the recent baking course I attended at your school. It was a thoroughly enjoyable experience, and I wanted to share some feedback.

One of the things I enjoyed most was the hands-on approach. The instructor was not only skilled but also very encouraging, which helped build my confidence. I particularly appreciated learning how to make sourdough bread and different types of pastries—skills I had always wanted to master.

Since completing the course, I’ve been baking at least twice a week. I’ve tried several recipes we learned in class, and my family has been very impressed with the results. Baking has now become a regular and rewarding part of my routine.

I would love to see your school offer an advanced cake decorating course in the future. It would be great to learn techniques like fondant work and piping designs in more detail.
