Dear Alex,
I hope you’re doing well! I’m reaching out because I’ve been struggling with my fitness routine lately and could really use your advice.
Although I started strong a few months ago, I’m now finding it hard to stay consistent. My work schedule has become unpredictable, making it difficult to stick to regular workout times. On top of that, I’m not seeing much progress, which is affecting my motivation. I also feel constantly tired, and I’m not sure if it’s due to my workouts or poor recovery.
Since you’re a professional fitness instructor, I was hoping you could suggest a flexible routine that fits a busy schedule and maybe some tips for better recovery and motivation.
I really appreciate your help and guidance. Your support means a lot, and I’m sure your advice will help me get back on track.
