Firstly, the audio frequently cut out, making it difficult to follow the speaker. Secondly, the video quality was poor, and the presentation slides often froze or lagged. Additionally, the chat feature was not functioning, which prevented participants from asking questions or interacting with the hosts.

These problems made it hard to stay engaged and understand the key topics being discussed. I eventually had to leave the session early, as the disruptions made it unproductive.

For future workshops, I suggest testing the platform thoroughly before the event, ensuring a stable internet connection, and having a technical support team on standby. Offering a recording afterward would also be helpful for those who experience difficulties.
