You recently purchased a mobile phone online, but it has several defects and does not meet your expectations.
Write a letter of complaint to the customer service department of the online store. In the letter
– describe the product you purchased and mention the specific defects
– explain the inconvenience and disappointment caused by the defective product
– request a refund or replacement for the faulty mobile phone

I am writing to formally complain about a faulty mobile phone that I recently purchased from your online store. Unfortunately, upon receiving and testing the device, I discovered several defects that have rendered it unusable.
The primary issues include a malfunctioning touchscreen, frequent system crashes, and a defective battery that does not hold a charge for more than an hour. Given these problems, the phone does not meet the advertised quality, causing significant inconvenience and frustration. I had expected a reliable device but have instead received a defective product that fails to function properly.
I kindly request a full refund or an immediate replacement for the faulty phone. Please inform me of the necessary steps to return the defective unit. I hope for a swift resolution to this issue.
