MUSIC COURSE ENROLLMENT

The Application Process at Pyramid Music School

We currently have three enrollment starts: January, May, and September. We accept a maximum of 24 students each term so being ahead of the curve is always best. You can fill out the form on the “Schedule a Tour” page to schedule a tour and interview. Or you can call us (1-888-378-MIND xt 202) or email admissions@pyramind.com to set one up!

For students who live a great distance away and cannot meet in person, a phone or Zoom interview will be scheduled. Once you decide to attend Pyramid, it’s just a matter of finding the right start date for you. You can hold your seat in a given enrollment cycle by paying the $295 registration fee. As we often sell out our enrollments, it is a good idea to reserve you seat well in advance.

If you are applying for a payment plan, let us know so we can get you the application to e-sign. Pyramid offers payment plans for full-time programs up to 24 months for qualified applicants. This means you can join Pyramid for a dramatically lower monthly payment than has been historically available. We can also build custom payment plans as needed because Pyramid is a private school and not a university, federal scholarships, grants and financial aid such as FAFSA do not apply.

This school has authorization under federal law to enroll nonimmigrant alien students. Upon successful enrollment, Pyramid can issue an I-20 that will allow you to obtain an M-1 visa for 12 months. Only full-time programs qualify for student visa. If any of your questions are left unanswered, feel free to contact admissions@pyramind.com.

A LIBRARY AND ITS SERVICES

University of Cambridge

As gateways to knowledge and culture, libraries play a fundamental role in society. The resources and services they offer create opportunities for learning; support literacy and education and help shape the new ideas and perspectives that are central to a creative and innovative society. They also help ensure an authentic record of knowledge created and accumulated by past generations. In a world without libraries, it would be difficult to advance research and human knowledge or preserve the world’s cumulative knowledge and heritage for future generations.

Libraries help bridge the digital divide by providing the same access to books, the Internet, and expensive databases to all public regardless of whatever differences they may have from one another. Libraries are still vaults of information and avenues of discovery, but they’re also becoming community centers where kids can gather after school to do homework and play video games, where people who no longer subscribe to the newspaper can read the news, where students can study, where the infinite learning opportunities of the Internet are available to whoever asks.

Books

The collection grows by the purchase of books on reading lists and by recommendations for purchase from Fellows and students and by the addition of selected donations. Students can find more specialised books through the Department and Faculty libraries and the University Library, but are encouraged to buy the books they will use most often. Library staff is always happy to help.

Journals and e-journals

Bound volumes of journals are kept on the shelves with books in their subject and can be borrowed in the same way as books. Unbound journals are also stored there but these must not be removed from the Library. i-Discover lets you search for electronic journals deliverable to e readers’ desktops and also across the University.
