How to learn a new language
Set language-learning goals-
Set detailed goals, and focus on what you plan to learn rather than how much time you plan to study. Long-term goals are too overwhelming to motivate you on an everyday basis. Break down your ultimate goal into smaller bits, and set smaller goals for each week or month.
Study smart-
One of the best ways to learn vocabulary words is to use flashcards. Flashcards help you focus on individual words and allow you to test yourself, which helps you memorize new information. Make sure to guess the meaning of a word before turning over the card. Learn the translations first, then learn to produce the new words.

Start using the words on daily basis-
Try to relate them with the words in your native language and start with one or two words every day. Your learning ability will increase once you get familiar with the usage of the words.
Consider online resources in video form or apps-
The goal when you start is not to understand everything you hear but to familiarize yourself with the sounds of the language. Even if you don’t understand much of what you hear, simply listening can have many positive effects.

Join a conversation group-
Many cities and schools have conversation clubs where language students meet regularly to practice having informal discussions in their target language. You can join one such group through many language learning apps also.
Test yourself-
Try to regularly test yourself in little ways. If you’re learning from a textbook, take practice tests or complete the exercises at the end of each chapter. You can also play online games or take online tests.
Once you are ready, you can take a standardised test for that specific language.

In education teacher facilitates student learning which helps students gain skill knowledge and thinking ability. Different ways to teach are often referred to as pedagogy. Teaching using pedagogy involves assessing the educational levels of the students on particular skills. A. Student centric learning- We have set up a student centric classroom called reformed teaching learning (RTL). In this method the interaction by student is increased considerably. Small classroom size encourages active participation.

B. Activity based learning- Here students get more space to interact with teachers and classmates. PPTs, videos, OHTs and short seminars are used to help students understand better.
C. Project based learning- This provides detailed learning to students and encourage them to apply skills that they have obtained in the classroom sessions. Also, it develops a sense of group participation and team work.
D. Technical quiz- This is used to help students get in-depth understanding of a particular subject or a topic and to provide more research space. This helps develop analytic thinking.
E. Mentoring- The teachers meet students periodically and counsel them to remove the difficulties and clear their doubts. A proper guidance and support are provided to ensure the progress of the students.
