The two pie charts below show some employment patterns in Britain and Australia in 1991.
SAMPLE ANSWER:-
The pie charts reveal the information about percentage of employees in manual and non-manual work in Britain and Australia in 1991.
By having a look at the given pie charts, it is apparent that highest number of Australians were employed in craft or similar work that accounted for 40% while in the same category 30% people of Britain were working. Next, in case of Britain, figure of general labourers was highest that was 35% while Australians were 1/5th of them.
Further, the proportion of people of both the nations in other manual work, managerial and professional and clerical related work was almost the same. Work was negligible while in managerial and professional, the ratio of both in other manual work was negligible while in managerial and professional, the ratio was 1% more of Australian people than British. On the contrary, merely 3% British people were hired for other non-manual works while five times of Australians were recruited in the same class.
Overall, it is vivid that more British people were involved in manual work than Australians.
