Recently there was a storm in your city. Due to this storm, your telephone line got cut off. You reported this incident to the authority twice but nothing has happened.
Write a letter to the telephone company for the same.
In your letter

Dear Manager,
I express my dissatisfaction on your failure to fix the phone line on 16 March 2015. Last week, Prince Edward Island was hit by Ides of March snowstorm. Islanders witnessed one of the worst snowstorms and the snow door successfully cleared in Charlottetown.
Environment Canada reports 48 centimeter of snow on Sunday. Evidently, the phone line got cut off due to this savage weather. I reported this incident – my complaint ticket number is 56984563-to the maintenance department and the officer confirmed that it would be repaired within a day or so. He explained the situation that there were too many affected phone lines to repair in a day. I understood the helplessness of the maintenance department and cooperated. However, it has been over two days to this situation and nobody has visited our place to fix the phone line yet. It is hard to do without a phone line these days.
Considering such an overwhelming situation, I granted some leeway and relaxation but not to this extent. I want you to update the status of our complaint and have it fixed at the earliest.
