Beside, you can also go for online videos, listening songs and radio chit chat all these programs will help you to become familiar with different styles of speaking as these platforms have variety of speakers with different accents. As I have already said that you cannot master all the accents so stick to one and learn it, but keep in mind that you should be familiar with all the accents so that you get prepared for every situation in the exam.
