Do’s and Don’ts for IELTS Writing Task 2
Do’s and Don’ts for IELTS Writing Task 2
Writing is not something like a gifted quality. The majority of the good writers are people who have got themselves trained on how to write effectively. If you are going to take IELTS, then a writing test is going to be more difficult for you. You will have to show your writing skills to get through it. Writing Task 2 is different — if you fail to understand the question, and go off on the wrong track, you could score no marks at all. And that could mean missing the band score you need.
You need to write at least 250 words and justify your opinion with arguments, discussion, examples, problem outlining, proposing possible solutions, and supporting your position. You will have approximately 40 minutes to finish your Essay Writing. IELTS Writing Task 2 carries more weights than Writing Task 1.
