It’s critical to convey a sense of intelligence, seriousness, and easefulness throughout the test. While you want to feel at ease throughout the test’s Writing and Reading sections, you also want to present your best self to the examiner during the Speaking portion.
Our behavior and emotions are influenced by the things we wear. People are able to tell if we seem at ease and confident. Furthermore, they might even mirror what they perceive in us.
Our clothes are the first thing people notice about us. By dressing appropriately, you can leave a positive impression. People who are attending a job interview, for instance, typically dress elegantly to project a more serious and professional image.

To achieve the “business casual” image, pay attention to the following advice:
Slacks: They will enable you to dress formally. Moreover, slacks are really cozy. Wearing (or purchasing) black pants is the ideal choice because they go with practically anything. You may also select another hue, such as brown or dark blue.
Leggings and boots: For ladies, never venture out in high heels; instead, stick to something cozy. As long as the weather permits, dress comfortably with leggings and boots. To achieve a more “business casual” look, opt for a long shirt if you’re wearing leggings. It’s simple for gentlemen to dress in formal attire.

What about the upper part? Ladies, a white blouse (no cleavage) is your option. Gentlemen, wearing a collared shirt is a smart idea. Though it’s not necessary, it’s a good idea to button up that shirt. You’ll look more put together and professional wearing the shirt!
Ladies, you may choose to dress down or wear a skirt. If you decide to go with choice number one, research some traditional designs. And decide on a dark hue, such as black or dark brown. Regarding the dress, it’s traditional, black, and cleavage-free. It might have a drop waist, high waist, or shirtwaist shape. You could even look up to Coco Chanel! They must both reach your knees or beyond in length. You want to appear somber, correct?

Something you may wish to avoid:
Sweatpants or suits: Although comfortable, these may appear sluggish.
Blue jeans: Although sweatpants are preferable over jeans, a great pair of slacks may make you feel more put together and appear better.
T-shirts: If the t-shirt has writing or images on it, it may appear overly casual.
For women and men alike
• Get a hair appointment. Women with long hair can choose to wear it knotted or untied, provided it doesn’t cause any distractions during the interview. Men should maintain good hair grooming. To keep their hair smooth and tidy, most utilize hair products.
