The first myth, if we put into the question? the answer would be “No”. However, there is no definite rule related to write the proper noun in the capital letters. Though the students are told to write in Capital words as it shows your handwriting to be precisely seen, but you can also write your answer in small letters too. For example, your answer is “RED RIVER” it’s not necessary that you have to write in all caps, you can also prefer to write like “red river”. In this case the crucial thing is that you need to write clearly along with the correct spellings.

If we talk about the reading and it’s difficulty level than we can say Yes! The IELTS examination reading is a set of difficult pattern as it judges the ability of the person to read effectively and find the correct answers.
