Nowadays, it is increasingly more difficult to maintain the right balance between work and other aspects of one’s life, such as leisure time with family members. How important do you think is this balance? Why do people find it hard to achieve?

The importance of work-life balance, which is frequently generated a great deal of heated debate, has recently become even more controversial. Some people believe that it is increasingly more difficult to maintain the right balance between work and other aspects of one’s life, such as leisure time with family members. This essay will elaborate on how people find it hard to achieve and how this balance is important.
At the outset, there are various reasons why the balance between work and life is being struggled to obtain by most people but the most conspicuous one stems from the fact that we are living in a busy world where people have to spend a lot of time at work to maintain their living status. According to a new study, ninety percent of people in London admit that they care about their career more than their family. Obviously, thriving in a career needs an enormous amount of time and effort because of high competition in today society. Thus, time for family is really limited and valuable.
Moving on to consider the significance of the balance between work and life, scientists believe that obtaining this status can help people to extend their longevity and live happier. it is indisputable that family is the core of society and it is also a place where individuals spiritually depend on. A new survey reveals that people who achieve this balance are more content and less stressful. Therefore, it is crucial to spend more time with our lovers to have a better life.
In conclusion, taking these points into account, in my personal perspective, I am inclined to believe that although the work-life balance is not seamless to gain, we should still understand how important it is and consider having it.
