How do you usually spend your free time?
I am usually quite busy during the week. So as soon as I have free time, I try to devote it to my family and closest friends. I really enjoy throwing small parties where we can gather together. Besides this I visit the gym every weekend for a workout or go to a swimming pool. And I enjoy playing video games with my console.
How do you usually spend your holidays?
Most often I try to go abroad to visit a new place I have never been before. I enjoy travelling a lot: I like going sightseeing, taking pictures and learning information about famous landmarks. But at the same time I love to relax on the seaside, lie on the beach, enjoy the sound of the sea, sunbathe and do nothing.
What places would you like to visit? Why?
I am keen on exploring ancient temples and learning about other cultures and traditions, that is why going to some antique places would be preferable. Unfortunately I have never been to Greece so I would be really interested in visiting Athens with its monuments and rich history or Mykonos with its amazing architecture and breath taking landscapes.
Do you spend a lot of time by yourself?
Each of us is unique and has his own personality. Someone is an extrovert and likes to communicate with others a lot. The other cares about privacy and prefers to spend time alone. As for me, it is really significant to spend time by myself. It helps to organise my thoughts, focus on the most important tasks and relax if I need that.

What do you usually do when you are alone?
First of all, I study online. I like learning new things. When I am tired of learning I have a break. I can surf the internet and chat with my friends or even play some games on the console. I also like sitting on the balcony, enjoying the view from the bay window and reading a book.
Why do some people prefer to spend their free time alone?
It depends on their personality. For example, Introverts are not keen on socializing too much. Moreover, someone works with people and continuous communication is a part of their job. So being alone is crucial for them because they need to recharge their batteries. And also it helps to relax, meditate. And then who knows, maybe a genius idea would come to you.
Do you think it is important to have time for yourself?
I suppose it is of great importance for a human to have time for themselves. Especially, if you live in a big city and meet thousands of strangers in transport, streets or shops on a daily basis. Or if your job responsibilities are connected with communication, then you have to have that “me”-time just to clear your thoughts.

He’s been running a firework trading business since 2011, and I had the privilege of watching him grow this venture from its very humble beginnings. He named the business after my grandfather, which shows how much he values family tradition and legacy. I have always been close to my father, and growing up, I would often see him work tirelessly to get the business off the ground.
I started to know the ins and outs of his work when I began to help him during the busy season, especially during Diwali when sales peak. It was a fantastic learning experience for me, and one that I cherish because it gave me a glimpse of what dedication looks like. Our family business focuses on both wholesale and retail sales of fireworks, and over the years, it has expanded significantly.
My father now owns two large showrooms, and he is well known in the area for his quality products and excellent customer service. His ability to connect with customers and offer them exactly what they need is one key factor in his success. He understands the market very well and adapts his strategies accordingly.

But what really sets him apart, though, is his incredible work ethic and his generosity. He puts in countless hours to ensure that the business runs smoothly, and he believes that everyone, regardless of their financial situation, deserves to enjoy the festivities without feeling overwhelmed by costs. His focus on providing quality products at a reasonable price has earned him a loyal customer base and a stellar reputation in the industry. I really admire him and aspire to emulate him in my own life.

What factors lead to success?
Indeed, there are numerous factors that contribute to success. Firstly, hard work is paramount; it enables individuals to pursue their desires and fulfil their essential needs. Additionally, determination and having a clear goal play pivotal roles in achieving success in life.
2. What do people need to sacrifice for success?
To achieve success, people usually have to give up some things. They might have to sacrifice their free time and step out of their comfort zone. This means spending more time working or studying and giving up some fun activities. It’s also important to be honest and sincere instead of pretending to be something you’re not.
3. Which is more likely to be successful, family businesses or large corporations?
From my perspective, Success in business is not solely determined by whether it’s a family business or a large corporation. It depends on various factors, including effective management, market conditions, and customer satisfaction, making it difficult to generalize which is more likely to be successful.

4. Is it easy for a business to be successful without affecting the environment?
It is not easy for a business to achieve success without some level of impact on the environment, as most business activities involve resource consumption and waste generation. However, businesses can strive to minimize their environmental footprint through sustainable practices and responsible resource management to reduce their negative effects on nature.
5. Can you provide some examples of family businesses in your country?
Well I belong to India and In my country, there are many family businesses, such as small shops, restaurants, and big industries as well. These businesses are often passed down through generations and are an essential part of our communities. To set an epitome Ambani’s are one of the biggest business families in India, and their business is available all around the India because they run various kind of business such as retail, Oil , telecom, and even defense manufacturing.
6. What qualities should be considered when recruiting employees?
Without any doubt, there are a number of qualities that are essential in every recruitment process, qualities like skills, honesty, and a good work ethic are important. Companies also try to find those workers who have pure dedication towards work and employees should be respected about company culture and values.
7. What kinds of businesses are popular in your country?
Business plays a part and parcel role in every country because it is also beneficial for the country’s economy but if I talk about India there are numerous business present. People usually like to work in a business that gives them handsome earnings. Among these, jewellery and clothing businesses are particularly popular because they cater to the strong interest and demand of the Indian population.
8. If you had the opportunity, what kind of business would you like to do?
I think this is a very interesting question, if given a chance; I would like to do something in the technology sector because I have a keen interest in technology because it is a most popular field around the world and the earnings in that sector are also quite handsome. The majority of people are also in the passenger of the same lane due to some reasons such as working in the technology sector not only provides an interesting environment but also good opportunities for further life.
9. What age do people want to retire in your country?
In our country, people generally retire at the age of 60 but In this modern era, many changes are witnessed in this trend because nowadays people are thinking about retiring early. They want to give their best when they are young and earn more and more money so that they can retire by the age of 50 and fulfill their dreams such as exploring the world. After this, they want to spend their days with their family to make precious memories in their later age.
