Do you like any teachers of yours?

There were a few teachers that I was particularly fond of. Let me tell you about my high school PE teacher, Mrs. Burrier. Since she knew I was painfully shy and especially clumsy (can easily trip or fall) when it comes to gym class, she allowed me to do the dance routine that she assigned to us in a private room only in front of her to save me any possible embarrassment. I so appreciated it!

Do you still keep in touch with your teacher?

I’ve lost contact with all elementary and middle school teachers, but I keep in touch with a couple of university professors. As uni professors are allowed to have more of a relationship with students, it was easier to get to know them. My Spanish professor and I message back and forth every year to catch up.

Do you want to be a teacher in the future?

As I’m not a patient person, I don’t think teaching is for me. Furthermore, I dread (don’t look forward to) the thought of standing in front of the classroom trying to get the class’s attention while the children fool around (play). I think it takes a special person to be a teacher, and unfortunately I don’t meet the criteria!

Do you remember your favourite teacher from primary school?

Of course! I’ll tell you about my second-grade teacher, Ms. Puleo. She was always kind, encouraging, and incredibly patient, even with us little rascals (slang for kids). I always felt a sense of warmth in her classroom, which the students responded well to. The world needs more teachers like her.

Did you pretend to be a teacher in childhood?

Oh yes! I remember playing teacher with a small chalkboard my friend had at her house. I used to think it was so entertaining to be the teacher and give the class assignments to do; I usually focused on Math and Art. I loved pretending to give orders!

What qualities should a good teacher have?/What qualities do you think make a good teacher?

Firstly, I think a teacher needs to be patient. Secondly, I think the teacher must be kind and encouraging, which creates a warm, open learning environment. I also think they should have interpersonal skills to be able to understand the needs of all different students. There are different kinds of teachers, but I would use this as rule of thumb (a general rule).

What kind of teachers do you like best?

I prefer teachers who are approachable, patient, and passionate about their subject. A teacher who takes the time to explain difficult concepts in multiple ways until everyone understands stands out to me. Moreover, I appreciate teachers who encourage creativity and critical thinking rather than focusing solely on rote learning.

Well, as a gift is a symbol of love, everyone enjoys receiving handcrafted things. We can show our loved ones how we feel by giving them a gift. At this point, I want to discuss a gift I made for my friend Saba. My close friend is Saba. On her eighteenth birthday, I gave her a lovely flower pot that I had handcrafted for her. I give a brief description. As a computer engineering student, I don’t have enough time for anything other studying.

I wanted to give Saba a beautiful present for her eighteenth birthday. Unfortunately, though, I was too busy to go to the market and get her a birthday present. I therefore chose to offer her a handcrafted present. I gathered items that I had lying around the house, such sticks of ice cream, gum, various colors, some fake flowers, and so forth.

I started by coloring and using gum to connect all of the ice cream sticks. I created a pot of flowers. I then filled this container with artificial flowers. It had a really appealing appearance. I then placed it inside a box and wrapped it in a colorful gift wrapping. I was quite happy after completing this work.

In addition, Saba’s parents had planned a lavish celebration for her birthday. She invited my pals and me. I attended her birthday celebration at her house. She was happy to see me, and I wished her well. She then cut the cake, and she received gifts from everyone present at the celebration. In addition, I gave her a handcrafted present. I was thanked by her for this gift. We danced together and enjoyed a variety of foods prepared by her mother during the celebration.

She began opening each gift individually at the conclusion of the celebration. She started by opening a present I gave her. The sight of a lovely flower pot made her very happy. She gave me another thank you. I felt like I was on cloud nine at the time.

After a while, her grin brightened my day. I have no words to describe that fantastic moment. At that point, I gave someone a handcrafted present.

Have you received anything that was handmade by the person who gave it to you?

Yes, I have received handmade cards many times from my students. But I particularly remember a time when I received the handmade bag from my friend. It was finished to the minutest details and it was made as if it was tailored for me. I still carry it with pride wherever I go. It is a very smart shoulder sling bag

When receiving a gift, do you prefer something that was self-made, or something bought in stores?

When I receive gift, it is the intention that matters to me the most not whether it is expensive or inexpensive. When I know I am receiving something from a friend who has made it for me sparing his or her time it certainly feels good but the giver should be as happy to give as I am to receive. That matters to me the most.

Which is better, self-made food or food that you buy?

When it comes to food, I always prefer self-made food and I enjoy the compliments I receive after the guests relish the food that I serve. I certainly love to cook at home rather than buying food from the market or opening the packet and eating the food that is stuffed with preservatives and harmful additives. But sometimes when I am busy at work I can buy food from outside but I am very selective about the food being freshly cooked.
