SAMPLE ANSWER
A few years ago, I suffered from severe seasonal allergies, especially during the spring. My allergies were triggered by pollen, and they made my daily life quite uncomfortable.
The main issues I faced were constant sneezing, itchy eyes, and a runny nose. In addition, I often felt tired due to poor sleep caused by nasal congestion. Sometimes, my allergies led to headaches, making it hard to concentrate at work or enjoy outdoor activities.

To manage my allergies, I started taking antihistamines, which helped reduce my symptoms. I also made lifestyle changes, such as keeping windows closed, using an air purifier, and avoiding outdoor activities during peak pollen times. Drinking warm herbal teas and using steam inhalation also provided relief. Eventually, I consulted a doctor, who advised me on better medication and preventive measures.
Initially, I found it frustrating and exhausting because it disrupted my daily routine. However, after learning how to manage it, I felt more in control and less anxious about seasonal changes. Though allergies can still be bothersome, I now handle them much better.
