IELTS Speaking Test
Do you like to travel by can?
Yes, I like to travel by car. I find it very convenient and time-saving compared to taking the bus. I have a scooter too but prefer taking the car, especially during the hot summer days.
When do you travel by car?
I like to travel by car when I am going to places in my town or nearby cities (23 hours). For long journeys, I prefer the train to the car. The roads in many areas of my country are not in good condition, so car trips for long journeys are not safe and uncomfortable.

The farthest place I have been to by car is Jaipur, Rajasthan. It was a very last-minute trip as my grandfather got very sick and we couldn’t find any train tickets. So my father and I took tutus driving the car and reached there in about 12 hours.
Do you like to sit in the back or front when travelling by car?
I like to sit in the front row either driving the car or in the passenger seat. The front seat has a better view, and I like to keep a watch on traffic even when I am not driving. I feel in control when I am in the front.

Do you use a wallet?
Yes, I use a wallet every day to carry my credit cards, cash, and any important receipts or documents. Carrying loose cash and cards in the pocket or directly in a bag is rot safe. A wallet also helps protect our valuables from getting wet in case it rains.
Have you ever lost a wallet?
Yes, one time, I lost my wallet on the bus. I was going to college and paid for my bus ticket. When I got off the bus, I realized I didn’t have my wallet. So I tried to chase after the bus but was not able to catch up.
Have you ever sent a wallet to someone as a gift?
Yes, I gifted my father a wallet on his 40th birthday. I have seen using the same wallet for years. It was very old, and the stitching was coming apart. I knew he would never buy it for himself unless it was completely unusable. He was very happy when he saw my gift and still uses that wallet.

Mila dedicates much of her free time to outdoor activities, typically spending weekends and holidays exploring nature and participating in outdoor adventures. She makes it a priority to plan regular outdoor trips throughout the year, regardless of the season or weather conditions.
I believe Mila enjoys outdoor activities for several reasons. Firstly, she finds immense joy and fulfillment in connecting with nature and experiencing its beauty firsthand. Being outdoors allows her to escape the stresses of daily life, rejuvenate her mind and body, and find a sense of peace and tranquility. Additionally, Mila thrives on the physical challenges and adrenaline rush that outdoor activities provide, pushing her limits and fostering personal growth and development.

Are outdoor activities better than indoor activities?
By all means, outdoor activities are better than indoor ones. When we were growing up, we never had the fancy gadgets 0which the millenniums have today. We loved playing outdoors. It was fun and rewarding, as it made us physically strong and healthy.
What outdoor activities do young people like to do?
I guess it’s mostly the sports-enthusiastic crowd of young people who can be seen coming outdoors.
Do you think that people who like to do adventurous activities are more likely to succeed?
I strongly believe that people who are sporty and adventure lovers will succeed in life. Because they have learned to fail, accept challenges and know how to play individually and function in the team. These are the basic skills one must master when he is young. Life is full of such activities.
