In your country do people wear hats and caps?
Yes, I’ve seen many people wearing hats or caps, especially in my community when I go to church on Sunday morning, I see elderly people wearing hats and the youth wearing stylish caps.
Do you wear caps and hats?
SometimesI wearthe cap fortwo reasons. One is when I see the temperature outside is very heated so I try to heat by wearing a cap. Second is sometimes I love wearing different kinds of caps just to look stylish.
Did you wear hats as a child?
Yes, I did. My grandfather was very much fond of wearing stylish and traditional hats. He would take me to church every Sunday morning, and I started following the same culture. He bought me a few hats when I was in school. I’ve treasured them yet and oftentimes I try them as per occasion.
Why do people wear hats and caps?
It’s a personal preference, and a lot depends upon the family culture. For instance, my family has traditionally been using hats and caps so we follow suit. Others might be doing it for beating the heat during the summer time. There is another group of people who want to look stylish and trendy and they might be thinking that wearing hats and caps fulfill their needs.

SAMPLE ANSWER
There are innumerable jobs available but it entirely depends on an individual’s choice about what profession they want to pursue. In my opinion, a School Teacher’s job makes a tremendous change in many ways. As it is our education system that builds the foundation of our lives, the teachers who run this education system act as a pillar.
During my childhood, I remember being a slow-learner but with the constant encouragement of my teachers, I turned into a better student. This not only had a positive impact on my grades but also helped me become a more confident individual that I was before.

It is our school teachers who bring clarity to us about various subjects and our interest in them. Though we all had, at some point in our lives, complained about school and the endless amount of assignments it loaded us with, those lessons and assignments prepared us for the real world of employment.
The teachers can change the world with every action and word that they say. They shape our path and route towards success. Now-a-days, there are many young teachers who indulge in teaching underprivileged and poor children free of cost. Coming to why I consider teaching as a powerful profession is that teachers by their efforts and determination can make a difference. The literacy rate of my country (India) has also risen in the past couple of years. Therefore we must be grateful to the selfless teachers of the nation.

PART – 3 FOLLOW UPS
Do you think job satisfaction is more important than salary when choosing a job?
Answer: When it comes to seeking satisfaction from work, the basic philosophy is pretty simple – get a job that you love and work your way up to earning a lot. But, unfortunately, life isn’t really that simple, especially, when options are rather limited and the choices vary greatly from person to person.
I would say that salary is more important to many than their job “satisfaction” from where they see the life as the more money they have, the better they will be able to take care of their “needs”. But to me, job satisfaction is far more important than the money I will earn from my job.
2. What skills do you think are needed to get a good job these days?
Answer: In the past, we could get good jobs if we have a good degree or certification and a good result. But, these days, things are a bit tricky when it comes to landing on a good job as just a good degree and good result are not enough. We need to have some “soft skills” also, such as great people and communication skills, planning and organizing skills, good team works, problem-solving skills and great time management skills.
On top of that, we also need to be “connected” to a network of professionals in the same fields in which we are looking for jobs. Finally, knowledge and skills in technology, especially in computer and internet, are also important these days to get a good job.
3. Do you think women should be able to do all the same jobs that men do?
Answer 1: This is a difficult issue to deal with. However, I will be completely honest in my opinion. I don’t necessarily think that women should be able to do the same jobs that men do primarily because of their different job expectation, physical built and safety issues from a job.
