I have completed m study and now, I am working in…………………. (Personal Answer)

What do you like at your work?

Well, I love the environment of my work place a lot as all the personnel’s who are working over there maintain discipline which is helpful for me to work with dedication.

Did your parents taught sharing in childhood?

Of course, like other Indian parents, my parents too inculcated the habit of sharing my things with other particularly with needy ones.

What type of item do you share with people?

Well, I am fond of sharing my books, clothes, shoes and my knowledge with my siblings along with others for having a strong bonding with them.

Do you think sleep is the best way to relax?

Yes, I do think so. Sleep relaxes both the body and the mind. It revitalizes us. We recharge our batteries for the next few hours. For some time we forget all our worries and tensions. So, I feel it is the best way to relax.

Do you think that sleep is important?

Yes I think so. Sleep is very important to relax the body and the mind. We feel re-energized and re-vitalized after a good sleep. However, I also feel that it should be of limited hours. Oversleeping is also very bad.

What do you think of the sleeping patterns of people of all ages?

Sleeping patterns vary with age. Children generally sleep more than adults. Those who do a lot of physical work also need more sleep. The elderly sleep for only 5-5 hours a day and it is enough for them because they have very little physical exertion.

– Would you like to live in such a house or apartment for a while?

SAMPLE ANSWER

On a recent trip to Cambodia, in the midst of our long temple trails, we happened to pass by a very interesting looking community dwelling. This dwelling had little cottages built on trees, supported by stilts emerging from the ground. The moment we saw these treehouses from the street, I had to go inside and get a closer look.

Each treehouse has different interiors, and some even had tree growing through them. The furniture was made entirely from recycled wood, and the entire property was powered by alternative sources of energy, such as windmills and solar panels.

The best part about these treehouses was that they overlooked a dense forest. The views were simply breath-taking, and the chirping of birds made the ambience very pleasing. Thanks to the forest around, the overall temperature in the area also remained quite cool, albeit a little humid. We happened to visit in December, and still have few days of vacation pending. So, I went to inquire if any of these houses were available on rent for travelers like me.

It turns out that they do rent out to tourists at a reasonable price. However, these houses were not easy to access for the elderly, and I was travelling with my parents who would not be able to climb up twisted ladders and staircases. Access to the nearby city was another concern. It was difficult to find taxis in the area, and food options were very limited for vegetarians.

Nonetheless, some day I would like to live such a house for a while. Who knows, I meet even build something like that for myself someday.

PART – 3 FOLLOW UPS

Have you seen any other interesting houses?

Yes, I have seen any few interesting houses other than the onesi already mentioned. On my travels I have had the chance to see stone cottages, log cabins, and make shift tent dwellings, too. I have seen people living in modified caravans and in the forest cabins. What’s more, I have even seen a few glasses houses! One of these have entirely transparent and the home owner did not seems to be too insistent on having heavy or dark curtains either. The few rooms that were visible from the street did have curtains, but these too were quite see-through. I would label such a house highly unusual and interesting.

Would you like to spend a few nights in an unusual resort?

I think I would enjoy spending a few nights in an unusual resot. If a got the chance to live in an underwater room, or in a transparent igloo under the starry night skies, I would most certainly give it a go. As long as the experience is considerably safe, I would even like to spend a few nights in tented accommodations right in the middle of a dense forest. Living in an unusual forest would give me the chance to enjoy something new without the hassle of actually managing or maintaining the structure itself.

If you were to build an unusual house, what would it be like?

If I were to build an unusual house, I think I would build a stone cottage or a log cabin in a densely wooded area. In a clearing near the house, I would grow my own vegetables and fruits. The house would be my sanctuary, with warm, earthy interiors that are conductive to meditation and relaxation. I would assign some space to create a study inside that house, which I would stock with my favourite books. The log cabin or stone cottage would also have a beautiful garden adjacent to it. I would use this garden to socialize and conduct community activities.

Are there many interesting or unusual homes or apartments in your city?

My city does not have too many interesting or unusual homes or apartments. Most homes in my city are built along standard guidelines and ideas, with only a few variations depending on the choices and tastes of home owners. Of late through, some people have started building huge mansions and palatial homes on the outskirts of the city. Buildings have started becoming equipped with swimming pools, and lots of people have started buying homes adjacent to golf courses, too.

Apart from this, it is not very easy to get the necessary permissions from authorities to build out of place or wonky homes. Treehouses, glass homes, and other structures that are deemed unsafe by the government cannot be built without resistance in my city.
