My name is Kamry Jackson.
How may I address you?
You may address me as Kamry.
May I see your ID?
Sure, here it is.
Do you make a list when you shop?
Yes, I like to make a list when I shop. It helps me to remember the things I need to buy and also prevents me from doing impulsive shopping.
Do you make a list for your work or study? (Does it work?)
Well I don’t do it all the time but sometimes when my exams are near or if I am working on something important I like to create a list.
Why don’t some people like making lists?
Some people are good at remembering things, so they consider writing lists as a waste of time.
Do you prefer to make a list on paper or your phone?
I prefer to make a list on the notes app in my phone, as it is always with me, whereas I lose the paper bits easily.
Do you like texting?
Yes, I like to chat with people using text messages because I find it as a convenient method for communication.
Do you prefer sending or receiving messages?
I don’t have any specific preference; I send messages whenever it is necessary. Similarly, I don’t mind if others send me messages.

SAMPLE ANSWER
I am going to talk about my mother who has played an essential role in my life. She is my guardian, my friend and my role model.
My mother is in her forties now, but she still maintains a youthful look. In terms of personality, she is an extremely compassionate and kind-hearted person who always takes care of her children. She really is a mother and a friend to me as she always gives me valuable advice and is willing to stand by me through all the ups and downs of my life. Although sometimes she drives me crazy due to her being a perfectionist, I still hold so much pride and respect for her.
I am also influenced by her strong-will. Ever since she was young, she had to learn to be independent as my grandparents were very busy and constantly on the go. She had to take care of almost everything: her younger brother, household chores and herself. Such challenges shaped her into the strong person that she is now.
Her determination, as well as her perseverance, is really something for us to look up to. And I keep reminding myself every day to be as strong as my mother, a real-life “wonder woman.”

PART – 3 FOLLOW UPS
What type of people influence the young in your country?
I think for young people in my country, their parents and friends have a great amount of influence, simply because of proximity. Another source of influence is celebrities. Many young people here buy clothes and other products endorsed by their favorite singers or actors.
Why it is important to have role models in our life?
People can learn about the characteristics of their role models and emulate them to become successful. Having a role model can also inspire people to reach their goals. If people knew that their role models have overcome a great deal of adversity to be who they are today, it encourages them to work on their own dreams.
