What is your full name?
My name is Ramaki Shipula.
How may I address you?
You may address me as Ramaki.
May I see your identification?
Sure, here you go.
Do you recycle? Why?
Yes, I recycle many things because I think it is not only the best way to reduce waste material but good for the environment, especially natural resources, metals and water. So we can say the more we recycle, the more we protect our resources.
Did you recycle when you were a kid?
Yes, I am recycling things from my childhood. I live in a joint family. My parents were taught us (me, my brother and two cousins) new things and even till now. They teach us new things. They also taught us how to reuse old items. They were organizing a competition every Sunday that was based on recycling old things. We always made new plans to convert the old thing into a new thing. So in that way, I recycled waste material in my childhood.
Will you recycle in the future?
Yes, definitely I started this process in the past, doing in the present also. And I make sure that I will continue it in future also.
What kind of things do you recycle?
I recycle old clothes and newspaper. I make some decorative things and mats from them.

SAMPLE ANSWER
Well, there are ample skills that I have learnt in my life, from which some are driving, swimming, cooking. I opine that these skills are really in need of an hour. As nowadays youth has to travel long distance either to study or in search of jobs. Therefore, it becomes mandatory for an individual to know their skills as essential for survival and make a person independent.
One skill that I would love to teach is cooking. The first reason behind it is that lam a foodie, and I enjoy having and cooking different cuisines.
I learned this skill from various sources, but the basics were definitely explained to me by my mother as she has excellent culinary skills.
Honestly, currently, I do not have any such plans to teach to others, but if I do in the future, then I would have numerous platforms due to the advancement of technology, and I think YouTube will be my choice as it has the vast audience and I can come in contact with more people in less time.
Most importantly, it also provides a chance to earn, which is, I think, a great advantage. Moreover, it’s a fact that to establish anything new, finances play a vital role, whereas hearing a person just needs a smartphone to shoot and upload the video. So, this is a skill that I can teach to others.
PART 3 – FOLLOW UPS
Should teachers be funny when they teach?
Humour is a universal communication phenomenon, and people tend to seek others who make them laugh. However, the classroom is not typically associated/ has no relation with laughter or humorous interaction. Education has always traditionally been thought of as a serious undertaking, but if a teacher has a good sense of humour and friendly nature, it can improve the relationship of a teacher with their student. Students can share their problems without any hesitation. But more friendly nature may disturb the class discipline.
What qualities should teachers have?
Firstly, I think the most important skill that teachers should have is good communication skills. They need to understand how to teach in simple words. Secondly, they should be good observers. They need to be able to pick up the fears and anxieties students have. Only then they can build their confidence. Finally, teaching is about patience. Teachers need to be ready to explain the concepts repeatedly if their students are facing any difficulty.
Which do you think are more important practical skills or academic skills?
I think they are dependent on each other. If we have theoretical knowledge, then we can easily do it practically. But if we know or learn only one skill, then our study is incomplete.
