Do you read magazines?
Yes, I read magazines. Reader’s Digest is the one I usually read.
Who prefers to read magazines – younger or older people?
I think it is a matter of personal choice and is not related to age.
Have you ever read online magazines?
Yes, I have read online magazines. But I prefer traditional printed magazines to online ones.
Did you read magazines when you were young?
No, I didn’t read magazines, but I read comic books and other children’s books when I was young. I started reading magazines in my late teenage years.
What kinds of magazines are popular in your country?
There are many types of magazines popular in my country, like fashion magazines, sports magazines, housekeeping magazines, automobiles magazines, art & craft magazines and many more.

Reading is immensely helpful for people to enhance their cognitive ability. Some people like to read short stories, novels drama and Poems. Poems are part of writing which tries to express thoughts and feelings with the help of sound and rhythm. Its an astounding way to articulate the feeling of a person related to any concept.
I’m fond of reading storybooks. The line which I remember from the poem and has a profound meaning in everyone’s life, is “It’s when things seem worse that you must not quit” It is from the poem “Don’t quit’? Written by John Smith. The meaning of this line is “No matter what kind of problem we are facing in life but we should never give up and keep moving forward and we have to give our best to acquire favourable outcomes.
Whenever I feel depressed or tired, I tend to read motivational thoughts and stories. One day, while I was surfing the internet, I found this poem. Although I was not in mood to read this poem, it’s title was so catchy After that I couldn’t stop me from reading this poem.
It motivated me a lot and gave me some positive vibes. Although I used to read stories and thoughts, when I read this poem I fell in love with reading poems. I made a chart of this poem and hung it on the wall of my room.
However, l am not a professional writer but this poem makes me interested in writing poems as well. Whenever I feel melancholic or I’m about to give up, I read this poem to cheer up my mood, which encourages me to stay focused on my life goals and to never lose my heart over trivial matters. Moreover, this poem is suggested by me to my friends who are facing the toughest part of their life to encourage them.
Eventually, I would say I shall never forget this line in my whole life because of its meaningful words which have a direct connection to my heart.

Are you good at memorizing things?
I am neither very good nor am I bad at memorizing things. But, I do make a list on my phone for all the important things because I don’t want to risk forgetting them.
Do you think children like the rhythm of songs or poems?
Yes, I think rhythms make it fun. I think rhymes reduce inhibition among children and make them more active. That is why teachers use rhymes while teaching.
Do you think it is easier for children to learn songs or poems than adults?
I think yes. I remember in my childhood, I used to memorize many poems and I did it very easily. I don’t think I can do the same now. I think it is maybe because in childhood, our brains are more receptive.
