You are preparing an outdoor event. Write a letter to your friend to ask for help with the arrangements. In your letter include:

How are you and how is everything going on? I am writing this letter to ask for your help in organising an event. I would be very grateful if you could help me with this.
Let me give you some more details. I am planning to organise a Garba night on this Sharad Poonam. As you know, Gujaratis love Garba, and this is my first Garba event in which I want to be successful.
You are Gujarati, so you must know every tiny detail about it. I did my research regarding the Garba event, and I have booked Mr Atul, Purohit and Falguni Pathak as lead vocalists. However, I need your help regarding the food menu. I would also like to give you a contract for designing passes for the event. There will be three pass systems Platinum, gold and silver. Platinum is the inner circle, gold will be the middle, and silver will be the outer circle. I have also decided to provide some complementary food coupons to Platinum members, and that, too, you have to design.
Please let me know what you think about my planning and please give your suggestions. Let me know when we can meet to decide food menu. I would be very grateful if you could help me with this event. Give my regards to uncle aunty.
