You recently had your computer fixed at a local computer store, however, you are not pleased with the service you received.
Write a letter to the store manager. In the letter:
– describe the situation
– explain why you are dissatisfied
– Vsay what you want the manager to do
SAMPLE ANSWER
Dear Sir,
Last Monday, I visited your store regarding the corrupted windows on my 2014 HP ultrabook. However, I was highly dissappointed with the service I was provided with.
First of all, the customer care executive who was assigned to fix my system, repeatedly kept asking me to buy another hardware. When I informed him I was just looking to get my current computer fixed, he refused to entertain me and did not even bother answering any questions at all !

Secondly, the executive kept talking to another customer while I was clearly the first one in the que. After my repeated complains he decided to look into the problem.
I have been a regular customer and have been coming to your store for the last three years for all my computer related problems. I am aware of the high quality service that your store provides , hence I wanted to notify you, and convey my dissatisfaction with the incidence.
I hope you will instruct the customer care executives to be polite and conduct better training activities to enhance the customer service experience.
