Write a letter of complaint to a company outlining a problem

You had while visiting one of their stores. In your letter include:

SAMPLE ANSWER

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing with regard to express my dissatisfaction about the inappropriate treatment which I experienced recently in one of your stores. Please, allow me to elaborate the matter.

Last week, I visited the main branch of your supermarket in Dwarka, New Delhi. As usual, I firstly went the grocery section to buy some fresh fruits. However, I noticed many fruits were finished and some others are not in very good quality. Thus, I call the store supervisor to notify the situation. Surprisingly, he reacted in such a rude manner which was not acceptable at all. To make the situation worst, he ordered the security guard to push me out of the store while I was explaining the about the matter. Due to this, I am highly disappointed firstly by the poor quality of products and then by the improper and impolite behaviour of your staff.

I hope you can understand how much terrible situation was for me. Thus, I expect you to take the stringent action against those who were involved and conduct more supervision on employing and training your employees. So, they can understand customer satisfaction is the prime task for them to increase the image of the company in the market.
