Dear Ms Tang,

I am writing this letter to introduce myself.

My name is Akila and I work for GP in the town. I have recently moved into apartment 10c. Coming Friday is my birthday, so my friends and family decided to celebrate it in my new apartment. It will be around 7.00 pm and have planned out food and drinks after the party. There would be loud music and noises coming from my place. That is why I decided to inform you ahead of.

If you do not have any issues it would be great to have you and your family join our party. You do not have to bring any gifts as your presence matters the most. It would be of great help if you can let me know a day ahead of the event so that I can arrange all the necessary needs.
