There have been several complaints about the reception area where visitors for your company arrive. Your manager has asked you to suggest how the reception area could be improved. Write a letter to your manager.

–  describe the complaints that have been made

–  say why the reception area is important

 – suggest how the reception area could be improved

SAMPLE ANSWER

Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter to address the complaints that were made by  visitors during the visit.

I will elaborate on the issue. Firstly no proper reception staff in the area. And also no proper contact number on the sign board.

Nobody is answering the phone if they want to make any queries about the booking for the hotels and what are suitable timings for arrival. In case of any emergency would call. If any cancellations in booking  change. There is must proper reception staff to this handle.

There are so many ways to improvise this area by hiring the staff locals and giving some training to handle  this reception area.  The most important things need to arrange the work in two shifts to be available. This can improve our company standard and we can get more profits. I hope this suggestion would you implement and thanks for asking for suggestions
