Hi Arun,

I hope you are doing well during this pandemic situation. I am writing to remind you about our holiday trip to Dubai but there is an unavoidable activity scheduled for me by the manager.

As you know, I am associated with my present organization for more than 5 years. We booked a trip to Dubai because of its popularity in tourism as well as many adventurous activities which will help us to overcome our work pressure and give us peace of mind.

Surprisingly, I received an email from my manager about the activity planned at the client’s place by next week Since it is critical work, he asked me to be at the client’s place without fail. My team members are well aware of the client environment but not much as like me. Because of this, we will reschedule our holiday trip for a next-to-next week.

I have already initiated an email conversation with the travel agent, and I looped you in that email. I know it is a bit frustrating for you but it is a request from my manager as well as my promotion approval on his table.

Eagerly looking forward to joining you on our holiday trip.
