Write a letter to editor of the newspaper for claiming prize which they acknowledged.
In your letter, you should say:
• Details of how you won the prize
• What the prize you are going to get
• What actions you expect to be taken.
SAMPLE ANSWER
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this letter regarding the prize collection, which I had won at the Daily Network Fair held on the 5th of June by your newspaper.
The contest consisted of a series of question regarding the history of various paper companies, and fortunately, I was able to win that tournament. It was an extremely tricky and intriguing game, but I had been preparing for this for almost a year, so I guess all the hard work finally paid-off.
It was announced during the competition that the winner would receive a cheque for 10,000$, and a lifetime premium member of the Guardian Press company which give access to live and unlimited news online.
Since I have not received the cheque as yet, so I would appreciate if you could transfer the funds directly to my bank account. The details of it are enclosed in an attachment below. Additionally, the premium membership has not been fomented as yet, so could you provide the respective ID and password for it.Either you can email them or message me using the information provided along with the account details. I hope you would take the necessary action.
