Dear Manager,
On 28 August 2015, I ordered a book named ‘A Masterpiece of Essays 2’ authored by Vinod Gambtoo. My order receipt number is XUIO456982. I made the payment through ‘American Express’ credit card.
It has been over two weeks to this order, and the book has not come to hand as yet. I bought some books from your website previously but never experienced such delay. As per your company policy, the book is delivered within one week time but this has not happened. I am taking an IELTS exam on 29 September 2015 and do not have much time left for preparation. This delay has already impacted the study preparation and it appears that I would not be able to make up for lost time.
Since you I have missed the one-week delivery promise, I demand a full refund of the book price and courier cost. It is hard to quantify the lost time and missed opportunity but I let it go considering this as a one-off incident. At the same time the book should be delivered within two days.
