Your neighboring office is getting furnished and the furnishing work disturbs you.
Write a letter to the office owner for the same.
In your letter
– describe what happened
– let him know about estate maintenance policy
– say what you want your neighbor to do
SAMPLE ANSWER
Dear Mr. Dave,
I trust you must be doing well. I hate to write about my dissatisfaction toward my neighbor but I have no choice. It has been over three months to your office furnishing job and no efforts have been made to comfort the neighboring occupants.
Under the estate maintenance policy, any repairing or refurbishing or furnishing job must be undertaken after 6 in the evening. This rule has been made for all to ensure a peaceful environment within the estate premises. Yet at times, laborers start their work around 5.30 in the evening. The hammering and drilling sounds disturb us enormously. Despite a couple reminders served to your contractor, they have failed to reduce noise. Now, it becomes essential for you to instruct them to get their act together or I will have the estate committee to stall your furnishing job. Please note the last option is unwanted, and may only be exercised in the event of further ignorance.
I believe that you would understand the seriousness of healthy working environment. It is in our good to maintain and follow the set guidelines.
