You bought a pair of trousers online, and found them as a counterfeit product later. Write a complaint to the ecommerce company.

SAMPLE ANSWER
Dear Manager,
On 22 August 2015, I bought a pair of Nautica trousers from your website. My order reference number is XYZ5686354, and the payment was made cash on delivery.
I was excited to own them the moment they were delivered. My excitement was great, but, short-lived for only two days when I came to know that the product was counterfeit. I would not have known that until my friend happened to see the pair of trousers. He bought trousers of the same brand from the company showroom and there was a massive difference between his and my trousers. The quality of cloth is feeble, and the sewing has come off. When I showed mine to Nautica Showroom personnel, they were appalled to see and declared them as a counterfeit product.
I am very much annoyed because it is an act of dishonesty and cheating. Therefore, I am returning this pair of trousers and demand the full amount of refund. Moreover, I have decided to make a complaint to Consumers’ Protection Court for further action.
