Dear Visa officer,
I am writing this letter to draw your attention about an oversight that has been committed from your team member. I lodged a student visa application with Delhi Post and unfortunately, it got denied. My visa application number is 2015/0006985.
I application for a Master degree in Engineering at Monash University for July 2015 intake. I gathered all the required documents as per instructions laid out on your website. I was startled to learn that my application got denied because I did not have enough funds to support my expenses. It is a clear oversight of the visa officer because all my costs are support by means of an educational loan worth AUD $50, 000.00 issued by Citi Bank.
It seems that the case officer failed to note the bank sanction and disbursement letter. Otherwise this would not have happened. Therefore, I request you to assess my application once again and grant me a student visa because no other reason for denying than this one is mentioned in the refusal letter.
I look forward to having a positive response in the form of visa grant.
