Dear Manager,
I hope you are doing well. I am writing this letter to seek product information and price for workstations. I run a coaching class that trains students for IELTS, TOEFL, PTE and GRE exam. Our company has decided to develop a lab for 20 students for their practice purposes.
The board of directors has decided to install 20 Lenovo computers in the classroom. We need you to advise us on various queries. Firstly, we believe that all- in-one model looks a better option because it would save some space.
However, our technician believes that a standard workstation with detached central processing unit has a better product life. Therefore, would you please advise us as to which one must be selected for a longer life? Secondly, we need you to send us the quotation describing important details such as operating system, licensing fees, in-built software and other add-ons, processor’s capacity among others.
Since your company has a great reputation of selling workstations of branded companies, we are also open to your suggestions if you have any. Your prompt reply will highly be appreciated.
