Dear Mr. T,
It was a pleasure having you at our coaching center for an IELTS preparation. We hope that you had a positive experience throughout your course duration.
First of all, I want to congratulate on your excellent 8.0 overall band score. It is, indeed, a great achievement for you as a student. At our center, we always endeavor to offer quality training with associated facilities, such as the world-class academic material, a practice room, a dedicated workstation for online practice and so on. By means of continuous feedback and suggestions offered by our students, we have learnt what the student really wants from our institute.
Therefore, we do not want to stifle this culture and invite you to offer us your valuable advice about the course delivery. Your suggestions will be of great importance to us for quality improvement.
