There is a problem of parking in your building. Write a letter to the secretary of the building to complain about this problem.
Mention in your letter:
– Express your concern about this problem
– Tell the difficulties you bed
– Suggest what can be done to solve this problem
SAMPLE ANSWER
Dear Mr. Z,
I am Zax Rax living in the apartment number 803, block A. I would like to express my concern for the issues of parking in our building.
Firstly, in the last annual meeting of the building, it was decided that everyone residing in the building has to follow the rules decided by the committee. But I regret to inform that the people of then building are not parking their vehicles properly. The area of parking is carefully designed and the signs and parking slot is pre- determined to facilitate parking of the vehicle properly.
Many times, when I returned back from my work, I cannot park my vehicle as the other vehicles are not kept in the space provided and then I have to shift few vehicles to create the space. This causes lot of difficulty in the parking space.
I would like to suggest you to issues the guidelines again to the members of the building. They should be well informed about the parking rules. As there are many new members in the building, they might not be aware of the parking rules.
