You recently hired a contractor for painting work. The work is over but there are some complaints regarding the work. Write a letter to the contractor.
Mention in your letter:

SAMPLE ANSWER
Dear Mr. Joe,
I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction about the quality of work done at my home. The work was not completed according to our agreement.
Two days before when I checked the work done, I found that at many places in the house the paint was not done properly. There are still white patches that were there before the painting work. Even at the background, there is no work done at the doors and the windows. It seems your workers have forgotten to do the paint over there. Moreover, in some parts of the house there are unnecessary drops of paint which might have fallen while painting. All these should be cleaned before leaving the house. But your workers did not do it.
Therefore, I would request you to complete the work and repaint the areas where there are white patches. The pending payment would be done after the complaint is resolved. However, I would like to inform the designer painting in the dining room is excellent and the bedroom also looks beautiful.
I would request you to visit the house and inspect the work done by your workers and do the needful to complete the work.
