You are a working in a company. You have experienced an unfair treatment towards women as far as the job promotion is concerned. Write a letter to the CEO of the company for the same.
Mention in your letter:
– Describe what happened to you?
– What kind of treatment was given to you?
– What the CEO should do in this matter?
SAMPLE ANSWER
Dear CEO,
I am working in your company for the last five years. I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction over the kind of treatment received in the company. I have already complained at the department head but there is no response in this matter.
I have been working as a sales Manager in the company. I have always achieved the targets and usually I am very responsible and outstanding performer in the company. But, recently I have noticed that when there is a chance of promotion, it is offered to the male candidates who have not even served the company for a term of two years and are not that much competent.
The department head’s attitude towards the female staff is not cooperative and fair. I have already discussed with him about my work and role in the company but he has not given due concern for this matter.
I am sure that my request will be considered and an appropriate solution will be brought in this matter
