You paid a visit to a shopping complex recently where you met with a minor accident due to the negligence of the authorities of the shopping complex. Write a complaint to the authorities.
SAMPLE ANSWER
Dear Mr. Awasthi
I am your regular customer. Last week on Wednesday I paid a visit to your shopping complex with my family to make some purchasing. We were very happy with the variety, price-tags and the behaviour of your staff. We had never faced any problem in your dealing.
When we were coming out of your shopping complex, my wife slipped her foot and rolled down very fast. She got a fracture in her left leg. She was shifted to the nearby hospital. We tried to find the reason. We were filled with a sense of grief to find that the steps of the staircase were not properly wiped. There were traces of grease like dirt on the steps which caused my wife to slip down. Sir, you can see the condition of the steps yourself. It is my request that you should pay full attention to the condition of the staircase and the flour lest some serious accident should take place.
I am hopeful that you will rectify this complaint without any delay in the interest of your business and the valued customers.
