You want to go camping for a week with a friend. Write a letter to the campsite manager. In your letter,
– Give details of when you would like to go
– Find out about the cost
– Ask them to send you some information about the campsite.

Dear Sir or Madam
I am writing to request some information regarding the camping holidays offered by your company. My name is Gargi Menon. Campsites are usually open during the Christmas season and I would like to go camping between the 26th and 29th of April with my friend.
Before we register, we need some information regarding the cost and the facilities included in it. If any facilities are offered at extra cost, please specify them to us. We wish to take the famous forest walk during our time at the camp and want to know the exact location of the campsite, information about the facilities in the rooms and mode of commute from the site.
Australia usually experiences forest fires around summer. In the event of fire, kindly specify the precautions available at the campsite. Also, I would like to know if the cabins are made of wood like at most campsites. And are they at a safe distance from the forest?
Please provide us information regarding sanitary and safety facilities as well.
I would appreciate it if you could reply with the requested information promptly. This will allow us to plan the trip ahead of the time.
