There is a public event coming up in your town. Write a letter to your friend who you think would be interested to take part in it.
In your letter, you should:
– describe the event
– say why you think he/she would be interested
– suggest an arrangement to meet there with him/he.

Dear MNB,
I know I’m writing to you after a long time and I can imgine how glad you will be to receive my letter. You will almost jump out of your skin as you read further. Yes, I’m inviting you to the 2-day AppleFest in Shimla. The main features would be apple-based products, orchard tourism travel and Apple Queen Contest. Traditional Himachal cuisine and apple-based bakery products would also be showcased during the two day Apple Fest.
The festival is conducted to attract more tourists and to improve the apple industry in Shimla. As you are doing your Bachelors in Tourism, I thought it would be appropriate for you to attend this.
You need not have any worries about your stay here. I will pick you up at the Railway Station. We can have a great time together. All you have to do is book a ticket. Eagerly waiting for your arrival!
