Your local newspaper published an advertisement asking people to help with environmental projects in your area. Write a letter to the project manager to offer your help. In your letter:
– Describe a local environmental issue that affects you.
– Explain what you would like to do to help.
– Suggest how the problems could be avoided in the future
SAMPLE ANSWER
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to provide assistance on an environmental project which recently has published in Times Now newspaper. I am facing a problem with noise pollution that always perturbs me when studying at home and I want to do something to alleviate the problem.
Let me explain in detail. I am planning to design a piece of equipment which would work almost the same as the sound barriers. However, this device in size will be smaller than industrial sound barriers. Furthermore, it is safe to install at home and does not requires any special knowledge. As it works on electricity, it requires AC Voltage of 5 Ampere and 120 Voltage.
I am sure that people using this piece of equipment would highly appreciate for its usage. Additionally, it does not consume much electricity. So, no matter how much noise pollution it will keep human safe and allow them to have a quiet and peaceful life.
