SAMPLE ANSWER

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to express my appreciation for the wonderful outdoor market located near my home. It is a lively place where I can buy fresh fruits, vegetables, and handmade goods at reasonable prices. The friendly atmosphere and variety of products make it one of my favourite spots in the neighbourhood.

However, I have recently noticed a problem with waste management. After the market closes, leftover litter such as plastic bags and food remains are often scattered around, creating an unpleasant smell and attracting stray animals.

I would like to suggest placing more dustbins around the stalls and arranging for the cleaning staff to collect waste immediately after the market closes. Additionally, encouraging stallholders to use eco-friendly packaging could help reduce plastic waste.
