One of your friends in a foreign country is starting an import-export business, and he has asked you to recommend a product from your country to him. Write a letter to your friend. In your letter:

-say what product you want to recommend to him

-tell him where he/she can get this product

-explain why you want to recommend this product

Dear Rohan,

I was delighted to hear that you’re starting an import-export business. I’d like to recommend Indian handicrafts, especially wooden carvings and handwoven textiles, as your main product. These items are not only unique but also highly valued in international markets for their traditional designs and fine craftsmanship.

You can easily source them from Jaipur and Varanasi, which are famous for their high-quality handmade goods. Many local artisans and cooperatives there offer wholesale prices, making it convenient for large-scale export.

I’m suggesting this product because Indian handicrafts truly represent our rich culture and heritage. Moreover, there is a growing demand abroad for eco-friendly, handmade products, which ensures good profit margins for your business.
