You have bought a new mobile phone and in a few days of purchase, it has stopped working. You have spoken to the company representative a week ago but it has still not been repaired. Write a letter to the company. In your letter,

Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a mobile phone I purchased from your company two weeks ago. My name is Rohan Mehta, and I bought a Galaxy X20 from your Delhi showroom on October 10th.
Unfortunately, the phone stopped working only three days after purchase—it suddenly shuts down and fails to restart. I contacted your customer service last week, and they assured me that a technician would repair it within three days. However, no one has visited or contacted me since then.
I request that you either replace the faulty phone immediately or issue a full refund, as it is still under warranty. I would also appreciate a prompt response to avoid any further inconvenience.
